Zoe Grandy really let's our Sticky Orange Chicken sauce shine with this recipe! Popcorn shrimp are bathed in a tangy 'n sweet sauce. Grab those napkins, because you won't be able to resist every sticky, crunchy bite!
Toppings (optional): orange slices, diced green onion
- Prepare popcorn shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in Multipurpose Steamer, add veggies. Cover; microwave on high until tender, 6–7 min.
- In Sauté Pan, combine seasoning, orange juice, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir until the sauce starts to thicken. Add Red Pepper Jelly, if desired.
- Add cooked shrimp and veggies to pan; toss to coat.
- Serve over rice with toppings, if desired.
