- In Sauté Pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Using Ground Meat Separator, break up chunks.
- Stir in seasoning, tomatoes, beans, and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 15–18 min, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
Swap beef with ground chicken, turkey, pork, or a meat alternative, and cook with 1 tbsp oil.
For a vegetarian option, take out the ground beef and add two extra cans of beans (three cans in total). Try a medley of different kinds of beans for some variety!
Top chili with 1 tbsp each cheddar cheese and sour cream, and serve with 1 small dinner roll, and 2 cups leafy greens with 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
