- Preheat oven to 325° F. Line two Sheet Pans with Sheet Pan Liners.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, seeds, coconut, and seasoning for nuts. Stir in oil and liquid sweetener until granola is evenly coated.
- Evenly divide granola between pans and spread into a single layer. Bake 18 min, stirring halfway through, or until light golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
Use neutral oil, like canola or avocado.
Serve with 1⁄2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt and 1 cup fruit.
